Qué puede compararse
BDBV, EBOV y SUDV pueden causar enfermedad humana grave y comparten presentaciones inespecíficas. La clínica aislada no identifica la especie y las proporciones de síntomas no son directamente comparables entre series.
Qué no se puede transferir
Las autorizaciones para EBOV no se extienden por analogía a BDBV. Tampoco se transfiere una letalidad, un plazo de persistencia o el rendimiento de un ensayo diagnóstico sin identificar los datos de origen.
Integrar el contexto clínico y epidemiológico y consultar el circuito asistencial correspondiente.
