Ensayo en marcha
PARTNERS incluye remdesivir, MBP134 y combinación. Su objetivo es evaluar beneficio clínico en BDBV confirmado. La existencia de reclutamiento no permite afirmar que el antiviral reduzca mortalidad.
Prevención posexposición
Obeldesivir figura entre los candidatos priorizados para investigación preventiva. No hay un beneficio preventivo humano BDBV suficientemente establecido para recomendar una pauta farmacológica rutinaria.
Integrar el contexto clínico y epidemiológico y consultar el circuito asistencial correspondiente.
